First look at Miles Doleac's upcoming thriller.
Like Get Out, Ready or Not and The Hunt, director Miles Doleac's The Dinner Party is a thriller in which some average schmoes find themselves targeted by wealthy elites. In Doleac's film, a writer and his wife are invited to a dinner party thrown by potential financiers for the former's new play, but of course they get more than they bargained for.
Along with Doleac himself, the movie stars Bill Sage, Lindsay Anne Williams, Jeremy London, Mike Mayhall, Alli Hart and Ritchie Montgomery.
The Dinner Party was about to hit the festival circuit (but who knows when film festivals will be able to resume) with a release planned for later this year. Meanwhile you can check out the trailer below.
The official synopsis reads:
A budding playwright and his wife attend a dinner party hosted by wealthy, cultural elites, who have promised to bankroll the writer's latest play to Broadway, but, in fact, have darker designs in mind for the couple.
