TMW's 2016 Movie Preview - Part 11: November

Part 11 of our look ahead to the movies coming our way in 2016.

All dates are based on the current UK release calendar and are subject to change.

The Accountant
Director Gavin O'Connor's western Jane Got a Gun still doesn't have a UK release date, but his next movie, The Accountant, is pencilled in for November. Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick star in this thriller about a book-keeper played by the former. But don't worry folks, it's not as dull as the title suggests - he doubles as an assassin!

Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk
Ang Lee directs the film of Ben Fountain's novel, the story of a returning war hero who becomes disillusioned with life back in the US. The relatively unknown Joe Alwyn plays the lead, with Garrett Hedlund, Kristen Stewart, Vin Diesel and Steve Martin also featuring.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
This adaptation of JK Rowling's book is guaranteed to be one of the year's biggest hits. Set in 1926, it's the first part of a series of tales set in the universe of Harry Potter. Eddie Redmayne plays wizard Newt Scamander with Katerine Waterston as his love interest, witch Porpentina Goldstein. Colin Farrell, Jon Voight and Ezra Miller co-star.

Why Him?
Bryan Cranston is a father who is none too happy to learn his daughter is dating James Franco. Let's face it, no father wants that, even if Franco is a tech billionaire, as is the case here.
