Nadia Fall, Artistic Director of The Young Vic theatre, makes her feature directorial debut with Brides. Written by Suhayla El-Bushra, the film stars Ebada Hassan and Safiyya Ingar as two young British teens who embark on a dangerous journey to Syria after being radicalised online.
Brides is in UK/ROI cinemas from September 26th.

BRIDES is the story of two teenage girls in search of freedom, friendship, and belonging who run away from their lives in the UK with a dangerous plan of travelling to Syria. A road movie about the intensity of female friendship and the mistakes of teenagehood, BRIDES is a rousing debut feature.
