Sci-Fi Thriller WATCH THE SKIES Gets a UK Release [Trailer/Poster]

The Swedish sci-fi thriller comes to the UK's Showcase cinemas in July.

Written and directed by Victor Danell, Watch the Skies sees a group of Swedish UFO buffs stumble across an unexplained phenomena that teenager Denise (Inez Dahl Torhaug) believes is connected to the disappearance of her father a decade earlier.

Co-written with Jimmy Nivrén Olsson, the film also stars Jesper Barkselius, Sara Shirpey, Eva Melander, Håkan Ehn, Isabelle Kyed and Mathias Lithner.

Watch the Skies will play exclusively in Showcase cinemas in the UK from July 11th.

The official synopsis reads:

The association UFO Sweden investigates supernatural phenomena. One day, teenage rebel Denise shows up with a case unlike anything they’ve seen before. Together, they embark on a risky adventure, which takes them far beyond the law’s borders and into a world of unexplained phenomena.
