First look at the award-winning rom-com.
Winner of the Grand Jury Prize at this year's SXSW Film Festival, writer/director Cooper Raiff's feature debut Shithouse stars himself as Alex, a shy college freshman who attends a party at a notorious frat house known as "Shithouse". There he meets Maggie (Dylan Gelula), with whom he believes he develops a bond. But when Maggie ignores him the following day, Alex sets his sights on reconnecting with her.
Shithouse is in US cinemas from October 16th. A UK/ROI release has yet to be announced.

The official synopsis reads:
Lonely college freshman Alex (writer/director Cooper Raiff) has closed himself off from his peers, who all appear to have this whole "college thing" figured out. But everything changes one night when Alex takes a leap and attends a party at Shithouse – a legendary party fraternity – where he forges a strong connection with Maggie (Dylan Gelula, FIRST GIRL I LOVED). The next day, she ignores him completely and seems to have forgotten about their amazing night. Desperately clinging to his social breakthrough, Alex pulls out all the stops with one more night at Shithouse, hoping to rekindle that moment of connection.
